CSM Arkadiy Yeliseyev

Senior Enlisted Advisor

Command Sergeant Major Arkadiy Yeliseyev entered the Army in May of 2000 and attended the Cavalry Scout One Station Unit Training (OSUT) at Fort Knox, KY. CSM Yeliseyev has served in every leadership position from Bradley Fighting Vehicle commander to Squadron Command Sergeant Major. His previous assignments include 1st Squadron, 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment, Fort Carson, CO; 3rd Battalion, 81st Armor, Fort Knox, KY; 3rd Squadron, 4th Cavalry Regiment, Schofield Barracks, HI; 5th Squadron, 15th Cavalry Regiment, Fort Knox, KY; 2nd Squadron, 38th Cavalry Regiment, Fort Hood, TX; Cobra Team, Operations Group, Fort Irwin, CA; 1st Squadron, 33rd Cavalry Regiment, Fort Campbell, KY; USASMA, Fort Bliss, TX; and 5th Battalion, 20th Infantry Regiment, JBLM, WA.

CSM Yeliseyev has deployed to Iraq in support of OIF I and II while assigned to 1st Squadron, 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment, and once again during OIF V and VI while assigned to the 3rd Squadron, 4th Cavalry Regiment. He also deployed to Afghanistan in support of OEF XI-XII while assigned to 2nd Squadron, 38th Cavalry Regiment, and Operation Resolute Support while assigned to 1st Squadron, 33rd Cavalry Regiment.

CSM Yeliseyev’s military education includes all levels of the Noncommissioned Officer Education System. He is a graduate of FRIES/SPIES Master Course, Battle Staff NCO Course, Equal Opportunity Leaders Couse, Observer Controller Academy, Pathfinder Course, Air Assault School, Combatives Level I and II, Drill Sergeant School, Total Army Instructor Training Course, and Basic Instructor Training Course. CSM Yeliseyev is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice degree from the American Military University.

CSM Yeliseyev’s awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal (2 OLC), Meritorious Service Medal (4 OLC), Army Commendation Medal (3 OLC), Army Achievement Medal (8 OLC), Army Good Conduct Medal (7th award), National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal (2 BS), Iraq Campaign Medal (2 BS), Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, NCO Professional Development Ribbon (with numeral 5), Army Service Medal, Overseas Service Ribbon (5th award), NATO Medal (BS), Valorous Unit Award, Meritorious Unit Citation (1 OLC), Combat Action Badge, Drill Sergeant Identification Badge, Air Assault Badge, Pathfinder Badge, and Driver and Mechanic Badge (T). CSM Yeliseyev is also a recipient of the Order of the Saint George Award (Bronze Medallion), and the Order of the Saint Maurice (Legionnaire).   

CSM Yeliseyev is married with 2 children.
